Lap-Band Recipes -Stage One

Stage 1
These Recipes are considered "full liquid" only. These are blended smoothies with plenty of protein and blended, creamy soups. You will see that I prefer Isagenix protein products and I really do use these products myself every day because of their high nutrition content....not only am I getting good quality whey protein, but it is packed with vitamins and minerals. Believe me, I tried all the protein drinks (powders and prepared shakes) and nothing comes close to the good tasting products that Isagenix makes. (You can substitute other protein products if you wish.) I tell all my friends and family about it and they love the results as well!
My husband now drinks the same smoothie every morning with me and we both have more energy than ever before! No kidding!
